The United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT) is currently 20%.
Customers ordering outside the UK who have a valid EU VAT number do not have to pay this tax. Please contact us with your order details and we will issue an invoice where the tax has been removed.
All products must be paid prior the delivery. We do not offer credit facilities. If credit is required, our PayPal checkout will accept a wide range of credit cards. Viewing and ordering products is simple and secure;
Simply add an item to the shopping basket and you will be redirected to the shopping cart.
There you can either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.
Once you have finished the checkout, we will check the product availability and send you an invoice for your order.
Depending on how you want to pay (BACS / Cheque or PayPal and Debit or Credit Cards), we will send you either a standard paper invoice or a PayPal invoice which can be paid online.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay the online invoice, just follow the instructions on the screen and select the 'pay by credit / debit card' option.

No money is transferred through this website and all the online payments are handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l.
Our shopping cart and PayPal uses well proven, secure transaction methods for safe online shopping. DeliveryOur items are delivered, depending on the destination, size and weight, by the courier or freight services.
Delivery cost is calculated automatically at the checkout according to the item weight, size, postcode and delivery method.
All large or heavy items are delivered directly from the factory and normally take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Delivery time for bespoke cylinders and boilers can be up to 8 weeks.
Smaller items are normally sent from our UK or EU warehouses.
Our lead time for out of stock items is 15-20 working days from the receipt of the order although this can also be shorter and in some some cases, longer.

Our thermal stores/boilers are large and heavy. Some of them will need forklift or similar for unloading at the delivery address. It is the customers responsibility to arrange this. If unsure, please contact us. Privacy, Terms and ConditionsWe are committed to protecting our customer's privacy.
